Whole Home Remodeling
Multi-room and full-interior renovations.

HomeQuote helps general contractors connect with homeowners looking for serious remodeling and construction work, then books them onto your calendar.
You set the project types and minimum job size. We screen out the small stuff and the not-yet-ready, and you pay per qualified booked appointment.

The problem
Remodeling demand is real, but most of what reaches a general contractor is too small, too early or too vague to be worth a site visit.
Handyman-sized requests and price shoppers take the same time to answer as a kitchen or an addition.
“Just getting ideas” is fine for them and expensive for you when it takes a walkthrough to find out.
Every call spent working out budget, scope and timing on a job you would never take is time off a real project.
Referrals come in waves. A remodeling business needs a steady run of estimates, not feast and famine.
Large remodels take longer to decide. Without consistent follow-up, the expensive ones quietly go to someone else.
Agree on what a qualified appointment looks like. We find the homeowner, qualify them, and book them into your calendar. You pay for the appointments that met the standard, and keep full control of the estimate and the close.
How it works
Your service area, project types, qualification standard and pricing are agreed in writing before anything runs. Then the system works in four steps.
We run campaigns designed to reach homeowners looking for kitchen, bath, addition and whole-home remodeling, inside the service area we agree with you.
We collect project details (project type, scope, budget range and timing) and filter each inquiry by service area, job type and fit.
HomeQuote follows up with the homeowner and schedules the appointment into your calendar, at a time you have made available.
You receive the booked appointment and spend your time on the estimate and the close, not on chasing the homeowner.
Project types
Choose the work you want more of. Inquiries below your minimum job size or outside these categories are filtered out.

Multi-room and full-interior renovations.
Layout changes, cabinetry, counters and full rebuilds.
Primary suites, guest baths and full gut renovations.
Room additions and second-storey builds.
Detached and attached accessory dwelling units.
Garages turned into living space or ADUs.
Whole-home flooring as part of a larger remodel.
Siding, windows, facades and entry upgrades.
Patios, covers and outdoor kitchens.
Wall removals, beams and structural changes.
Project categories outside this list can be discussed during the application call. Categories are confirmed in your agreement before launch.
The HomeQuote system
HomeQuote builds the system between the first homeowner inquiry and your calendar. Here is what that looks like end to end.
01Example campaign activity
The homeowner submits their project details, service type and location.
We check fit against your standard and follow up until a time is agreed.
04Booked on the calendar
Figures are taken directly from the campaign report shown above, for August 17 – September 15, 2026. An inquiry is a homeowner request, not a booked appointment. Past campaign activity is not a guarantee of future results, and results vary by market, budget and season.
More than leads
Getting a homeowner’s information is only the first step. HomeQuote can handle follow-up, qualification, and appointment setting, so you receive opportunities further down the funnel.
Repeated, timely contact until the homeowner either books or says no.
Service area, project type and fit checked against your written standard.
A specific date and time, booked into the availability you set.
Large remodels take longer to decide. HomeQuote keeps following up while the homeowner works out scope and timing, and books the walkthrough when they are ready.
Why HomeQuote Network
Everything below is something we do, define, or hand over. There are no performance promises in this list, because performance depends on your pricing, your speed, and your sales process as much as on the appointment.
Tell us the smallest project worth a walkthrough. Inquiries below it are screened out before anything is booked.
Homeowners are asked when they want to start, so a “maybe next year” is handled before it reaches your calendar.
You are paying for a homeowner booked into a time slot, not a list of contacts for your team to work through.
Service area, project types and minimum job size are agreed in writing before launch and used to screen every inquiry.
What counts as a qualified booked appointment is documented up front, so a disputed appointment is a defined question.
The standard programme is priced per booked appointment. Pricing is confirmed with you before anything runs.
Begin with an agreed number of appointments for your market and judge them against your own numbers.
Appointments land on a shared calendar, a booking link or directly in your CRM, with a notification to your team.

FAQ
If something here is not clear, ask on the call. Every term that matters is confirmed in writing before launch.
Whole-home remodels, kitchens, bathrooms, additions, ADUs, garage conversions, flooring as part of a larger job, exterior renovations, outdoor living and structural work. You choose which, and appointments are booked only for those.
Yes. You tell us the smallest project you want in the application, and it becomes part of the qualification standard. It filters on what the homeowner describes, so it is a screen, not a guarantee of final contract value.
Not unless you ask for them. The programme is aimed at remodeling and construction projects, and small repair requests are filtered out by default.
We create and pay for homeowner acquisition campaigns, aimed at people in your service area asking about remodeling and construction projects. Homeowners submit their project details, and our team follows up from there.
Against the standard we agree with you before launch: a real homeowner or decision-maker, reachable contact details, a property inside your service area, one of your agreed project types, genuine interest, and agreement to a specific appointment time. The full definition is on our appointment standards page and in your agreement.
No. We do not guarantee attendance, estimates, sales, revenue or profitability. What we stand behind is that each appointment billed met the agreed qualification and scheduling standard when it was booked. Running the estimate and closing the job is your side.
Our team works new inquiries as they come in during our operating hours, because speed matters for every trade. The follow-up standard for your programme is written into your agreement. We do not publish a fixed response-time promise.
We currently focus on Southern California, including Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Coverage is assigned market by market, so tell us your service area in the application and we will confirm what is available.
No. The recommended start is a defined number of appointments for your market, so you can evaluate the programme before scaling. Terms for cancellations, no-shows, replacements and disputes are set out in your agreement before launch.
Yes. Appointments can be delivered to a shared calendar, through a booking link, or entered directly into your CRM, with an email or SMS notification. The method is confirmed during onboarding.
Pricing per booked appointment depends on project types, market, qualification requirements, and expected volume. Pricing is confirmed before launch.

Tell us which remodeling projects you want, where you work, and how many more appointments your team can handle.
Applying does not create an agreement or an obligation. We review the application, confirm availability in your area, and follow up.
