Pool Remodeling
Full-scope remodels on existing pools and spas.

HomeQuote Network finds homeowners planning resurfacing, renovation, tile, coping, equipment upgrades, and backyard transformations, qualifies them against your standard, and books them into your calendar.
You pay per qualified booked appointment. No monthly marketing retainer required to get started. Availability, the qualification standard, and pricing are agreed upon before launch.
Built for established contractors with the capacity to run more estimates and close high-value projects.
Southern California
Coverage is assigned market by market. Availability in a given county or city depends on existing partner commitments at the time you apply.

Tile and coping, equipment and lighting, decking — the categories you can choose from when we define which appointments we book for you.
The gap
These are the five issues contractors describe most often. None of them are unusual, and all of them come down to the same thing: paying for work that is not measured in homeowners who want an estimate.
Most marketing arrangements ask for a monthly retainer before a single homeowner has contacted you. You carry the risk of the test.
A list of names is not an opportunity. Someone still has to call them, qualify them, and get a date in the calendar — and that someone is usually you, after hours.
Enquiries arrive from cities you do not drive to, for jobs you do not take. The volume looks fine on a report and is useless on a calendar.
Clicks, impressions, and engagement do not tell you how many homeowners are sitting in your diary this week waiting for an estimate.
Time spent on weekly-cleaning callers and small repair requests is time not spent on the renovation work your company is set up for.
Agree on what a qualified appointment looks like. We find the homeowner, qualify them, and book them into your calendar. You pay for the appointments that met the standard, and keep full control of the estimate and the close.
How it works
No part of this starts until the terms in step one are written down and confirmed by both sides.
We agree on project types, service areas, the qualification standard, your calendar availability, capacity, and pricing before anything runs.
HomeQuote Network creates and manages the homeowner acquisition campaigns that feed your market.
We speak to the homeowner, check them against your agreed standard, and book a specific date and time into your calendar.
You turn up to the appointment, run the estimate, and control your own sales process. The job is yours.
Project types
You select the categories you want. Leads are filtered to those categories and to your approved service area before they reach you.
Full-scope remodels on existing pools and spas.
Plaster, pebble, quartz, and aggregate interior finishes.
Homeowners with aging, stained, or failing plaster.
Waterline tile, raised bond beams, and coping replacement.
Pumps, heaters, filters, automation, and salt systems.
Tanning ledges, step reconfiguration, structural changes.
Pavers, concrete, and full deck replacement around the pool.
Pool, deck, and equipment addressed as one project.
Outdoor-living scope connected to the pool renovation.
Project categories outside this list can be discussed during the application call. Categories are confirmed in your agreement before launch.
Appointment standards
This is the part most arrangements leave vague. It is the first thing we put in writing, because it is the thing you are actually paying for.
The appointment is with an actual homeowner, property owner, or a person authorized to make decisions about the property.
The name, phone number, and other contact details are the homeowner’s real details, and the homeowner was reachable on them when the appointment was booked.
The property is within the service area agreed with you before launch — by county, city, or ZIP code.
The homeowner asked about a service you selected, such as resurfacing, tile and coping, decking, or a full renovation.
The homeowner described a real project they intend to move on, rather than a price-check on work they are not planning.
The homeowner agreed to a named appointment slot on your calendar — not a vague promise to talk later.
The appointment was not generated through fraud, bots, purchased lists, or deliberate falsification. Those are never billable.
It complies with the written duplicate, cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and exclusivity rules in your individual contractor agreement.
A booked appointment is a scheduled opportunity. It is not a guaranteed attendance, estimate, or sale.

Final qualification, duplicate, cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, replacement, exclusivity, and dispute terms are defined in each partner agreement.
Why HomeQuote Network
Everything below is something we do, define, or hand over. There are no performance promises in this list, because performance depends on your pricing, your speed, and your sales process as much as on the appointment.

The homeowner is screened against the standard we set with you before the appointment is booked, not handed to you to sort out.
Your service area and the work you want are defined in writing before launch and used as the booking filter.
What counts as a qualified booked appointment is documented up front, so a disputed appointment is a defined question rather than an argument.
Appointments are booked to a specific date and time on the calendar you nominate, using the availability rules you set.
Every booked appointment is recorded with its project category, service area, and scheduled slot.
Start with an agreed number of appointments for your market instead of committing to an open-ended contract.
You deal directly with the person accountable for the programme, not a rotating account coordinator.
If you want the CRM, follow-up, and reporting system built as well, that is available as a separate managed engagement.

Working together
Almost every contractor should start with the first one.
You pay for qualified homeowner appointments booked into your calendar in your approved service area. Payment is for the appointment meeting the agreed standard, not for whether the homeowner buys.
Pricing per booked appointment depends on project types, market, qualification requirements, expected volume, and exclusivity. Pricing is confirmed before launch.
Need more than appointments? We can also build and manage the entire customer-acquisition system. This is an optional engagement for established contractors and is not required to receive appointments.
Fit
We would rather tell you it is not a fit on the first call than book appointments your team cannot attend.
After you apply
Applying does not create an agreement or an obligation. It starts a conversation about whether your market is available and whether this is a fit.
We check your project types, service area, and capacity against what is currently available in that market.
About fifteen minutes. We confirm the work you want, where you want it, your minimum job size, and how your calendar works.
You receive the qualification standard, the cancellation, rescheduling and no-show terms, how appointments reach your calendar, pricing, and the proposed number of appointments in writing.
Once you approve the terms, we connect to your calendar and start the agreed test. Nothing runs before you have approved it.
FAQ
If something here is not clear, ask on the call. Every term that matters is confirmed in writing before launch.
Generally: a real homeowner, property owner, or authorized decision-maker, with valid and reachable contact information, for a property inside your approved service area, who asked about one of your agreed services, showed genuine project interest, and agreed to a specific appointment date and time. It must not have been generated through fraud, bots, purchased lists, or falsification, and it must comply with the duplicate, cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and exclusivity rules in your agreement. The exact standard for your programme is confirmed in writing before launch.
Correct. We generate the homeowner inquiry, speak to them, qualify them against your standard, and book a specific date and time into your calendar. You are not buying a list to chase. You are paying for an appointment that is already in your diary.
It depends on your programme and agreement. Exclusive arrangements may be available in some markets and for some project types. We do not claim every appointment is automatically exclusive. Whatever applies to your account is written into your agreement before launch.
Pricing depends on project types, market, qualification requirements, expected volume, and exclusivity. Because those inputs differ by contractor and by county, we do not publish a fixed price. Your pricing is confirmed before anything launches.
Not for the standard pay-per-appointment programme. You pay for qualified appointments booked into your calendar. A full managed growth engagement, where we build and run the entire acquisition system, is available separately for contractors who want it.
No-shows, cancellations, and reschedules are handled under the written replacement and dispute policy in your agreement. Those terms are agreed before launch, so the rule is known in advance rather than negotiated afterwards. We do not guarantee attendance — what we guarantee is that the appointment met the agreed standard when it was booked.
Resurfacing, replastering, tile and coping, equipment upgrades, Baja shelves and structural upgrades, decking, complete pool renovation, and backyard or outdoor-living projects connected to a pool renovation. You choose which of these you want, and appointments are booked only for those categories.
Yes. Your service area is defined before launch, by county, city, or ZIP code, and is used as a booking filter. Availability in a given area depends on existing partner commitments at the time you apply.
Raise it through the dispute process defined in your agreement, within the dispute window stated there. Replacement or credit terms are agreed before launch so both sides know the rule in advance.
No. We do not guarantee attendance, estimates, sales, revenue, or profitability, and we do not promise any close rate or contract value. We are paid for delivering appointments that met the agreed qualification and scheduling standard. Attending, estimating, and closing are your work.
By the method that fits your team — a shared calendar, a booking link, or direct entry into your CRM — plus a notification by email or SMS. This is confirmed during onboarding along with your availability and how much notice you need.
We book the appointment and confirm it with the homeowner. Most contractors still send their own reminder and confirm the day before, which reduces no-shows. If you would rather we ran that follow-up as well, that is part of the managed growth engagement.
Yes, and that is the recommended way to start. We agree on a defined number of appointments for your market and project types so you can evaluate them against your own numbers before scaling.

Tell us what projects you want, where you work, and how many additional opportunities your team can handle.
Applying does not create an agreement or an obligation. We review the application, confirm availability in your area, and follow up.
